You can help to ensure that we meet our commitments to area children each year by supporting Send'em Off Smiling as an Ambassador Sponsor -- with a donation of $10,000 or more.

These Ambassador Sponsors are the financial foundation of our operations each year -- allowing us to make our commitments to the community, and providing added assurance that none of our SOS children will be left empty-handed on the first day of school.

Our Ambassador Sponsors are noted each year in a special advertisement in Exchange Magazine for Business, and we seek out other opportunities to recognize these important contributions. A special award presentation is made annually at our "Thanks for the Smiles" event for our corporate sponsors.

We are delighted to have two Ambassador Sponsors this year:

Manulife Financial, based in Waterloo, are supporting us with a $10,000 corporate donation for the third consecutive year. This organization and its employees have been a mainstay of Send'em Off Smiling since our inception ten years ago;

Challenger Motor Freight of Cambridge has also joined us as an Ambassador Sponsor this year, with a contribution of $10,000. We are deeply indebted to this special gift -- which has enabled us to extend the Send'em Off Smiling program to assist the many children in need in the Cambridge school districts.
